Subject: Application for arranging Field Visit and Study Tour

Dear Sir,
With due honor, we, the students of BBA 28th batch of your institute would like to state that, we are
willing to arrange a field visit and study tour to Coca-Cola factory (Cumilla), Cumilla Shalbon Bihar and
Cumilla University. We will start from our campus on 11th July early morning and reach there by 12am
that morning. We will return to our campus at night, 11th July. Our honorable course instructor Shahriar
Kabir sir and batch manager Mr. Ratul Kumar Saha will also go with us. This field visit and study tour
will be real life experience of exploring industry operations management and learn the rich history and
culture of our country practically. We have also taken permission from our parents. We are 50 students in
total going to the tour along with some faculties. To conduct this tour, we need some financial support.
We hope that we will get enough financial support from institute for bearing costs of transportation etc.
during the tour.
We, therefore, pray and hope that, you will be kind enough to allow us to arrange the field visit and study
tour and obliged thereby.
