1.0 PURPOSE

To evolve procedure for maintenance standard, method of maintenance and handling


machinery and equipments also non conforming material to meet the quality system
standard of CENTURION POWER CABLES (P) LTD. .

2.0 SCOPE

Applicable to

a) Maintenance department.
b) Production department .
c) Store department
d) purchase department

11 But if any break down is observable Maintenance Break down

problems than will solve the and line man
problem immediately and will take
the machine in running condition
14 But if identified that more than own Maintenance Break down
or two hours are required to remove incharge /supervisor maintenance
the problems than he will the and line man register&
alternative equipment is available procurement register
for this purpose.
15 If alternative equipment is available Maintenance Spare stock from
than replace equipment with incharge /supervisor store or maintenance
alternative equipment. and line man
16 But alternative equipment if not Maintenance Procurement register
available than will bring in to notice incharge and daily meeting
of production in charge to analysis /Production and Home NCR

card is reviewed to calculate the incharge card and break down
maintenance cost in each machine /Production register
with in the period and details are incharge
submitted to factory manager for
replacement of any part or complete
machinery .
23 On the basis of break down and Maintenance Spares list from
replacement of parts maintenance in incharge store and
charge update the list of parts those /Production procurement
must be kept in spares list incharge register.
