    METHOD STATEMENT

    ERRECTION OF CANOPY SHED.

    PURPOSE:
     Errection Of canopy.

    SCOPE OF WORK:
     Errection of colum, Perlin
     Fixing of GI sheet.

    EQUIPMENTS:
     Hammer, Spanners, Ladder

    PROCEDURE:
     Excavation of pits for poles,fixing pipes & wooden poles vertically &
    Horizontally
     Erecting the Truss above roof level by using life line or safety belt
     Fixing GI sheet horizontally & Above roof height.

    POSSIBLE HAZARDS :
     Falling Hazard
     Cut Injury
     Hitting Hazard
     Eye Injury

    SAFETY MEASURE:
    a. PPE’S provided
    b. Use Safety Belt full body harness.
    c. Life Line
    d. Proper access to platform using safety harness as per height.
    e. Area barricaded at time of de-shuttering.
