3. ON THE QUARANTINE PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING OFWS - UPON THEIR ARRIVAL AT THE
AIRPORT AND AT THEIR RESPECTIVE CITIES/MUNICIPALITIES
4. ON GOVERTMENT’S COMPLIANCE WITH THE INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ORGANIZATION’S CREW
