AIRWORTHINESS STANDARDS
For Large Airplanes

25. 1 Applicability
(a) This Part prescribes airworthiness standards for issuance of a type certificate, and
changes to that type certificate, for large turbine-powered transport airplanes.
(b) Each person who applies for such a certificate or change must show compliance
with the applicable requirements of FAR Part 25 / EASA CS 25 as amended, and
their guidance material or equivalent Standards and ECAR operational requirements
that related to aircraft design.
