I. PUPILS’ DEVELOPMENT

June 1 - General Assembly

June 3 - Enrolled 23 boys and 20 girls
June 6-7 - Administered Pre-Test in different subjects to Grade IVpupils
June 7 - First PTA meeting
June 17 - Determined the nutritional status of each pupil in the class and
identified those who need nutritional support
June 20 - Participated in Nationwide Earthquake Awareness Drill
-Participated in the Flag Raising Ceremony regularly.
- Participated in ICT Month celebration
II. TEACHER’S DEVELOPMENT

 Accomplished daily time record/log book

 Served as Adviser of Grade IV - Aguinaldo class
 Punctually attended the school affairs such as faculty meetings,
 Guided pupils in Nationwide Earthquake Awareness Drill
 Served as School Social Mobilization Chairman

III. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

 Prepared additional instructional materials and devices in different

learning areas
 Completed the daily lesson log
 Provided reading materials that would enhance learning
IV. PHYSICAL FACILITIES

 Maintained classroom conducive to learning

 Planted plants for the beautification of the school
 Procured materials in the classroom such as doormats, dustpan and
brooms
 Maintained the cleanliness of the surroundings inside and outside the
school
 Updated bulletin boards for the the first quarter.
V. SPECIAL PROGRAMS/PROJECTS
 Participated in Brigada Eskwela
 Conducted meeting of parents and election of HPTA officers
