BCS History
BULUSAN CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INCORPORATED, an emerging

construction company established in 2015 and has been undertaking significant
projects in the Visayas region and has a proven track records of completed projects
in Manila and Luzon.
BULUSAN CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INCORPORATED, a family owned

corporation, started organization and operations in 2006 as a sole proprietor
business by Mr. James Bulusan with Engr. Jeffrey Bulusan and Mark Anthony
Bulusan as the sustaining technical officers
The group has been engaged on sub-contracting works for various large scale
projects, partnering with Category AAA contractors. The company honed its
technical skills and competence engaging on structural works such as high-rise
building rebar installations, formworks and concreting works. The company has been
also engaged on architectural finishing works for high rise condominiums and
commercial buildings.
In 2012, with all the experience, assets and advanced technical work group, BCS
expanded and engaged projects such as Design and build projects, Land
Development and Earthworks.
By the end of 2015, the company registered as a listed Philippine corporation and
started engaging on large scale Land Development Works, General building and
mass housing projects in Visayas region.

technically capable and progress driven team, with proven track records and a solid
financial structure, an ethically and GOD centred organization ready to take on any
projects with high spirit and a vision of success for perpetual gains of its clients and
