Identify the predator only.

Find the herbivores/plant eaters.

3 Look for the organism(s) with arrows from F DH

1 CROSS OUT the organisms that have been

identified in Steps 1 to 3.
4 2 COUNT the remaining number of organisms in the
food web to determine the number of prey and
predators.

Answer: 3 prey and predators (C, E, G)

NOTE: Organisms that are categorised as prey and predators are animals
that feed on other animals and are also eaten by other animals.
As such, they cannot be food producers, predator only or herbivores.
