Detail Plan of Work:
 We plan to develop the software following the procedures below:

 Detail Cariness analysis by and collecting necessary papers
 Trial run in our office location
 Installing the location in your location with dummy data
 Training to your personnel
 Basic Data entry by your personnel
 Modification (if necessary) from client’s side
 Final implementation and making the software On-line
We will implement the software in your office place by a phase-by-phase

implementation process. No manual back up or manual flows of work will be
ended up unless the software is tested and approve from both sides. It will lode a
regular back up system to avoid the risk of system damage or corruption of data.
The security system of the software will be state worthy. Three level of user
password will be provided. The system administrator will be able to assign any
role or privileges to the other users. Audit trailing or pre-posting checklist will be
provided to avoid the wrong entry.
We can assure you that the software will be fully copyright protected and all the
internal information provided by you for this development would be kept strictly
