Explanation of Costs
Internet: Recording studios require a large of amount
of internet connection, for the large amount of
uploads and such that are always happening. I chose
the highest amount from comcast internet, in order
to know that our clients are getting the best in order
to succeed.
Mortgage: A large office space was ideal location to
create a recording studio. The one I found had a
great setup and everything I was looking for.
Contractor/Architect: By hiring an architect, we are
able to have the correct design structure for the
contractor when building our studio. These numbers
were a bit of a ballpark since every arcitect and
contractor are different.
Console: Consoles are generally expensive.
What I liked about the Wunderbar console was
that it gave you the option to pay it off monthly
for 60 months, which is ideal for this project.
Computers: The computers I chose were the
Mac pro computers as they are compatible with
the software that I chose as well. I would buy 4 of
them.
Software: Logic Pro X is the ideal software to
have in the studio as it has a user friendly
interface which would help out with our clients a
lot. Also it is just a one time purchase which is
better than monthly payments that other
softwares make you do.

Equipment: I solely focused on electronic stuff as Electricity: The website that showed the building
for equipment such as microphones, midi did not provide information about the electric bill.
