Young ICCA and ACICA 45 are pleased to invite you to attend a Young ICCA / ACICA 45 International
Arbitration Skills Workshop which will take place in Brisbane on 20 November 2019.
This free of charge event will provide younger practitioners with a hands-on opportunity to develop
practical skills in international arbitration.
The topic of this year's workshop, which will be led by an international faculty of highly experienced
younger arbitration practitioners, is ‘Building your Case in International Arbitration: Lay and Expert
Witness Evidence’. A program for the day will be circulated shortly.
Since Young ICCA was established in 2010, Young ICCA International Arbitration Skills Workshops
have been conducted around the world (for more information click here). This will be the seventh
workshop held in Australia.
ACICA 45 was established in 2018 to organise activities and events around Australia to encourage
participation in arbitration and provide educational opportunities for emerging practitioners interested in
arbitration (for more information and to register for free click here. This is the first ACICA 45 event to be
held in Queensland.
The Workshop will conclude at 1pm and will be followed by lunch and an opportunity to network.
