Job Role- Human Resource and Talent

Acquisition

Department – Human Resource Development

Responsibilities –

 Responsible for end-end recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding


 Taking care of Joining and Exit formalities
 Updating HRM on regular basis (documents uploading, changing reporting managers,
creation of ids etc.)
 Rolling out offer letters, termination letters, warning letters, appraisal letter etc.
 Checking attendance, sending absconding mails and reducing the rate of absenteeism
 Coordinating with consultancies and updating all trackers on regular basis
(Recruitment, new hiring, consultancies etc.)
 Taking 1st level interviews & screening candidates.
 Placing order for IDs, visiting cards & ensuring timely delivery of the same.
 Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
 Determine selection criteria
 Source potential candidates through various online channels (e.g. social
platforms and professional networks e.g. LinkedIn)
 Plan and schedule interviews, including screening calls, assessments and in-
person interviews to do lateral hiring and close positions.

 Strong interpersonal skills


 Good Communication skills in English and any one regional language
 Graduation or Post Graduation in HR Management mandatory

Content Writer
We are looking for a Content Writer to join our Digital marketing team and enrich our
websites with new blog posts, guides and marketing copy.
 Responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics,
generating ideas for new content types and proof reading articles before publication. To
be familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail. Ultimately, you’ll
deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost
brand awareness.

Responsibilities
·        Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and
studies)
·        Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
·        Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
·        Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
·        Submit work to editors for input and approval
·        Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
·        Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
·        Promote content on social media
·        Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
·        Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
·        Update website content as needed
Requirements
·        Should have knowledge in Finance
·        Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
·        Portfolio of published articles
·        Experience doing research using multiple sources
·        Familiarity with web publications
·        Excellent writing and editing skills in English
·        Ability to meet deadlines
