How to Use This Template:

1. Make a copy of this document.

2. In the left column (Tasks), add all of the individual tasks that need to be accomplished for
the redesign. (Think: wireframes, persona research, benchmark data collection, etc.) If
you’re just getting started, you might create one DARCI for the redesign as a whole, and
then create a separate DARCI for individual tasks following a kickoff meeting.
3. In the DARCI columns for that task row, add the corresponding team members.

Note: You can add additional rows to the template to accommodate additional tasks.

How to Think About These Roles:

Roles Job to Be Done

Decision Maker(s) Those that will have final approval.
Accountable Those that will ensure the project or task is completed.
Responsible Those that will do the work.
Consulted Those that will provide input.
Informed Those that will be updated on progress/developments.

 Note: When possible, try to limit yourself to one Decision Maker.
