CHEST X-RAY PA VIEW

 Patient is in right ward rotation.


 A well defined thick walled cavity in right upper zone.
 Multiple peri broncho vascular nodules and parenchymal bands in right
upper and middle zone.
 Bilateral CP angles – Free
 Cardia appears normal.
 Bony cage & soft tissue appears normal.
 Domes of diaphragm are normal

IMPRESSION:

 A well defined thick walled cavity in right upper zone. With multiple peri
broncho vascular nodules and parenchymal bands in right upper and
middle zone.
 Features are suggestive of infective etiology, likely active tuberculosis.
 Recommend clinical correlation.
