    SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

    The Agreement is made on June 24, 2020

    BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES

    WHEREAS;

    1.VEHICULAR ACCIDENT ON LAST NOVEMBER 2, 2019 AT BARANGAY


    MIDTIMBANG, DATU ANGGAL MIDTIMBANG, MAGUINDANAO.

    NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows;

    Both parties expressed their sincerity in settling the case through amicable
    negotiations and with the efforts of both parties referred to above,agreement is
    reached by following names;
