counted and paid by PENE GODEN OXALES, of legal age, Filipino,
single/married, and a resident of Davao City, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged by me to my entire satisfaction, do hereby sell, cede, transfer, and
convey as by these presents have SOLD, CEDED, TRANSFERRED and CONVEYED,
unto said PENE GODEN OXALES, her heirs, assigns, executors or
administrators, the above-described motor vehicle together with all the accessories
whatsoever free from all liens and encumbrances.
