project entitled, TEXTING MALPRACTICES AND SPELLING PROFICIENCY VIS-À-
VIS THE MOBILE USAGE FREQUENCY. In line with this, we would like your good office
to grant us permission to collect and gather data among our identified participants who are
qualified in the inclusion criteria set by the undersigned. This shall include going room-to-room
for survey and giving of questionnaires during the scheduled time in our Research Project needed
for the completion of our study. Rest assured that we will strictly follow the guidelines and
adhere to the protocol of conducting a research. Upon the approval of this letter, we will start
