SUBJECT: RULES AND REGULATIONS ON USING THE CLASSROOM

To ensure proper care of the classroom, the following must be observed:

1. Only official personnel/ participants/players from the participating schools are allowed to stay inside
the classroom. Participants are only allowed to stay on their assigned room.
2. All school materials and equipment must be handled with proper care.
3. Participants should ensure proper waste disposal, orderliness and cleanliness inside the classroom
and within the school vicinity during and after their stay in the room.
4. Only authorized person from ACTS Computer College is allowed to turn ON/ OFF the lights and
airconditioned unit. Any concern related on this matter must be requested from the responsible
person.
5. Please take care of all the personal belongings. Do not leave the room and valuables unattended.
ACTS Computer College will not be responsible for any incident of loss.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the classroom and within the school vicinity.
7. If the classroom will no longer be used, please inform the responsible ACTS personnel.
