• Stop for a free drink while visiting the papyrus and essence factories.

RESERVATION

No reservation shall be made until your confirmation and letter of appointment is received. Upon
written confirmation with deposit from your company, we will proceed with the necessary
arrangements and the confirmation will be reverted to you. All booking is subject to availability
of hotel rooms at the time of requests. We urge you to make the booking without delay if, the
group is definite. Tour fares/quotation quoted is based on current airline fare. Hotel and
exchange rate and is subject to change without prior notice. Term and Condition Apply.

AIRLINE FARE (GROUP BOOKING)

Upon confirmation of the group, a non refundable and non transferable deposit of 50% of the
fare per seat is to be collected. Full payment has to be collected 30 days prior to departure,
failing which, AL QUDS TRAVEL SDN BHD reserves the right to cancel the group bookings and
deposits will be forfeited. Time limit on the PNR will be set for 30 days prior to departure. Other
Ticketing terms and conditions apply.

TERM OF PAYMENT
Upon your duly confirmation, we would require a deposit 50% from the total amount, and
14 days before departure, we would require a full payment to be made. Kindly make the
respective payments by cheque to Al Quds Travel Sdn Bhd or bank in to our Maybank (A/C
No : 55303-800-5470) and fax to us the bank in slip. Once we received the deposit, we will
make the necessary reservations and the confirmation can only be made once we receive the full
payment from your esteem organization.
