System dehydration and vacuuming.
Leak Testing and flushing using Nitrogen Gas.
Charging of refrigerant ( R410a)
Testing and commissioning.

Chipping works and other electrical materials are not included. P100/ft. will be charged for chipping works.
Installation cost is based on back to back (within 10ft)package. P300/ft will be charged in excess of 10ft.
Validity: Quotation is valid for 30 days upon submission and confirmation.

Warranty: 5 years warranty on compressors and one year warranty for other parts of the unit.
Free Cleaning 2x for one year after purchase.

Exclusions: Mechanical and electrical permits.

Restoration/ repair if damaged wall, fittings and flooring during installation.
Circuit Breaker Nema 3R with enclosures.
