Subject: Contribution proposal for Covid-19 Crisis.

Dear Tailors,

Since everyone are well known that at this moment the whole world is facing crises in
combating the Covid-19. For that we the Thimphu tailor group would like to join our
nation in combating the Covid-19 crises. So as a responsible citizen of the country, we
would like to contribute some amount of money to the government. Though it may be a
small amount but I feel that at this juncture, a small contribution of ours might make a
difference for the benefit of this crisis.

We would like to request each individual Tailor shop to kindly come forward in giving a
support to our government. The amount which you would be rendering will be
accountable and transparent. The amount contributed for this causes, upon handing over
the contribution to government the copy of the money receipt will be given to each
contributor for your accountability. Your generous contribution will be highly
appreciated.
