Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Muhammed Fakruddin Mansuri as a part of the Mohamed Alam Tailor, which purpose is
to contribute mouth masks to the public. The main reason for writing this letter is to sew mouth
masks around 50-100 pieces each for the public. As everyone is alert about corona virus the
condition is becoming worse day by day and what they need are urgent care and attention.

For this purpose, our team had taken the initiative to provide free mouth masks to the public. As
a charity work, we hope you will extend your full monetary and moral support to us in our
endeavor to provide them the necessary help that they need. Hence we are sure that like-minded
persons like you all will come hand in hand to help us in this regard.

The materials for sewing masks will be provided by Mohamed Alam Tailor but I would like to
request you all to sew it and we plan to meet with our expectation. I hope you can help us in
doing so. Hope you will extend your full cooperation in this noble work, anticipating a quick and
positive reply from you.
