Sejajar dengan hasrat ini, tema “Membaharui Tekad Di Persada Transformasi” telah dipilih
sebagai tema Buletin MAMPU Sarawak pada kali ini. Pemerkasaan inisiatif-inisiatif bitara di bawah
Strategi Lautan Biru Kebangsaan (NBOS) seperti Pusat Panggilan 1Malaysia (1MOCC) dan Pusat Latihan
1Malaysia (1MTC) menjadi tanggungjawab besar MAMPU dalam usaha menyediakan perkhidmatan
yang meletakkan kepentingan rakyat sebagai keutamaan paling tinggi.
Penghasilan pekeliling dan garis panduan yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif, nukilan ilmiah serta
perkongsian ilmu, idea dan cadangan perlu dipergiatkan bagi menjamin kesinambungan usaha
penambahbaikan sistem penyampaian perkhidmatan.
Selain komitmen dan kesungguhan dalam melaksanakan tugas, warga MAMPU juga perlu
sentiasa melengkapkan diri dengan ilmu pengetahuan, kemahiran dan kepakaran baharu dalam
menghasilkan perkhidmatan dan produk yang berprestasi tinggi dengan bertunjangkan integriti serta
kebertanggungjawaban.
Tahniah dan syabas kepada seluruh warga MAMPU Sarawak kerana terus komited dalam

Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) mula MAMPU Sarawak telah giat melaksanakan audit
diperkenalkan mulai Januari 2014 sebagai inisiatif pensijilan EKSA pada tahun 2014 dan 2015 ke agensi-
