SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:  

I, MARIA ANTONIA T. PARAAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and a

resident of Virginia, USA, by these presents, hereby named, appointed and constituted,
MARIA TERESA T. CARDENAS, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, widow, and a
resident of 64 Berbenia Street, Tahanan Village, Brgy. BF, Paranaque City OR
RAMON F. TABUÑAR, also of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of 203 Raman
Condominium, 1130 Pasong Tamo Street, Brgy. San Antonio, Makati City, to be my
true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do the acts
hereunder, as follows:

1. To represent me and in my name and behalf in connection with the

monetary claims and death benefits due and payable to me as co-heir of the
late GABINO G. TABUÑAR, JR., who died last February 4, 2020.

2. To sign in my behalf the Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate and/with

Waiver of Rights in favor of my co-heirs.

3. To file, submit, cause the publication of the Extra Judicial Settlement of

Estate and/with Waiver of Rights, and pay the estate taxes in my behalf, if
applicable.

4. To negotiate, transact, receive my share of the inheritance from my late

father GABINO G. TABUÑAR, JR., who died last February 4, 2020 with the
proper government agencies and other agencies and banks.

3. To request and ask that the check covering the death and other monetary
benefits due and payable to me and in my name be issued and named only
to , RAMON F. TABUÑAR as my attorney-in-fact and to en cash the same
for me.

6. To sign for me and in my name and behalf.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING said authority vested unto my

Attorney-in-fact, as well as all other acts which he may consider proper and necessary in
the order to carry out the same for all intents and purposes as if I am personally present
and doing the acts by myself.
