DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is executed by Rochelle P. Almazar, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a
resident of Lot 4 block2 signal Corps. Subd. San Isidro cainta Rizal, in favor of Richie G. Alado,
of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of unit 47 E home center sixty two Inc. VV Soliven
Cainta rizal.

WITNESSETH: that
WHEREAS, the Seller has offered to sell to the Buyer and the Buyer has agreed to purchase from the
Seller food cart and Equipment owned under Rochelle P. Almazar Q.Plaza branch of Tender juicy
hotdog food cart in Cainta Rizal , including the goodwill over the said tender juicy hotdog food cart,
and any other interest therein.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of Two hundred thousand pesos only (Php200,000)),
to the Seller in hand paid by Buyer, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to the complete and
entire satisfaction of the Buyer, Seller hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY absolutely and
forever unto the Buyer, his/her heirs, assigns, and successors-in-interest all said personal properties
above-described.

That the said personal properties are free from any existing liens and encumbrances and Seller can
freely dispose the same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hand this July 7,2020,in Q. Plaza
Cainta Rizal Philippines.
