1. What are the hours of work exactly?


The hours of work will vary. You’ll be working on a shift basis, which
includes weekends and bank holidays.

The main responsibilities are dealing with reservations and customer travel
needs, promoting virgin’s range of services, and general customer service.

3. How many calls will I have to handle a day?


You will handle around hundred calls a day

The job is located in Crawley.

5. What will the interview consist of and how will we learn the results?
It will consist of a group interview for ninety minutes, followed by a series of
exercises and then an individual interview with two assessors. You will be
notified of the results in writing.

6. Are there any other payments in addition to the basic salary?


In addition to the salary, you’ll receive a shift allowance and a salary increase
upon completion of the six-month probationary period.
