JOINT AFFIDAVIT
That we, NICOLAS ALINGAYAO, JR. and ZOILA E.
ALINGAYAO, spouses, Filipinos, and residents of Barangay Gabu-an,
Roxas City, after having been duly sworn according to law, depose and say:

1. That we are the parents of SHIELA MAY E. ALINGAYAO

who is an incoming fourth year college student taking Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration, major in Marketing
Management in Capiz State University, Roxas City, Capiz, who
intends to pursue her studies until she graduates in the
aforesaid college course;

2. That we do not own any real property, and I, Nicolas Alingayao,

Jr., only works as fisherman, and I, Zoila E. Alingayao, is jobless
and remains at home as housewife;

3. That in fact, we have never filed any income tax return for the
reason that our income is very meager to support our three (3)
children as we only earn not more than four thousand
(P4,000.00) Pesos per month;

4. That we do not derive any income aside from that above-

mentioned;

5. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness

of all the foregoing and in furtherance of our daughter's
intention to continue her college studies through any
scholarship grant and for any other legal purpose.
