Many of our drug trials fail because by the time patients are given the drugs, the brain has

already been too severly affected sabi ni Oxford University neuroscience professor Simon

A simple blood test could help us identifypatients at a much earlier stage to take part in new

trials and hopefully develop treatments which could prevent the progression of the DISEASE.

The next step will be to validate our findings in further simple sets.

“You can’t teach people everything they need to know. The best you can do is position them
where they can find what they need to know and why they need to know it.” My respect to our
Principal-in-Charge of the district, Dr. Edgardo Alizar, school heads, facilitators, coaches,
parents, young journalists, good afternoon! Today is the last day of the 3-day district live-out
training workshop for journalism. So today I am task to give my impression about this training
workshop. This training workshop gave us the opportunity to discover and chance to explore the
real world of journalism.
This is not only for students but also for us, coaches, especially those who are new and untrained
with these, like me. Being a second timer coach for journalism, I admit I still have much more to
know about this field. This training is of great help because I have gained more knowledge about
campus journalism. Also, being a first-timer facilitator on a training is not just an easy task
especially that I am not well-trained with this. I felt nervous about it but with the help of my co-
facilitators, with their guidance, I have overcome my fear and put in my mind that I/we can do
this. This workshop is really helpful because it boosts our confidence, gives us the opportunity to
upgrade our skills and improve our knowledge. This has been an eye opener for us to work more
on campus journalism because this a new experience to treasure.
