Burgers Were The Best Selling, Favourite Food Item From All The Others:

Customers:

• All the customers were friendly.


• There were few customers who were trying to negotiate the price.
• Many of the customers enjoyed the food which was making us get more energy to serve the food even
faster and take orders two times faster.
• Few customers never brought in money, that is why we helped them out with small snacks of ours.
• Sometimes many of the customers never got into single line files and because of that reason it was hard
for us to serve them, however we eventually succeeded the mission as we tried our best.

Mistakes Made:

• We made a critical mistake by selling the burgers which were 150tk for 60tk as we never knew the retail
piece of that food item which was purchased, this had caused a great loss on the first day of our
business.
• Furthermore, we had made another mistake by selling chicken lollipops for 20tk for 4 because as far as
we know, we invested more, in total we had 24 chicken lollipops only on one day.
• On the 2nd and 3rd day we had made a mistake by bringing too much soda drinks, however when we
went to sell them all of them were sold, other than 4 more bottles.
• On the last day we had another crisis with the chicken lollipops for selling it too cheap from its retail
price.

Team:

• As far as we know our teamwork, team communications were excellent.


• To add to that, we should try to know the retail price of a product before selling it to the public because
it can cause huge losses into the business.
• Also, just because of the past team work we were able to push our game to the next level as we were
working our heads out.
