As QA Manager/Testing Service Delivery Manager, I played critical role deliver Quality Analysis
and Testing services for over 20+ major functional releases and 30+ out of cycle releases for
the Product Control Product Line within GTS - Risk and Finance IT. I contributed in planning
and setting up a test team, process and governance to enable the testing team delivers high
quality test service inline with GTS strategy. I have worked on and help test strategic programs
and applications like Online Profitability and Exception Reporting Application (OPERA), Detailed
Accounting Ledger (DAL), Reference Data Hub (RDH). Planned, Managed and Coordinated
front to back UAT and Functional tests across Product Control, pan-CFO and Group Finance
areas. Coordinated integrated and regression test activities with cross functional leads for
applications like NTPA, GMI, Loan-IQ, Gateway, Reference Data Hub, OPERA, DAL, PC Data
warehouse and Reporting Datamart, PeopleSoft, Intellimach, STAR-COMET, BASEL-II and
BASEL-III. After working for a year as a Sr. Test Analyst/SME I was involved to function as front
to back Test Manager/QA Manager for a critical strategic Financial Systems Integration
Program for the Integrated and UAT test phases.

Leading the testing activities for the Wire Transfer, CSR Dashboard, Global Proxy, Option
Exercise, Trade Manager and Reporting Services Applications. Besides being lead on the five
projects handled on in designing automation framework and manually executing some of the
complex test cases for these applications, log tracking and mainframe data validations.

05/2005 – 07/2007: Bank of America Securities, LLC


Sr. System Analyst / QA Analyst/Automation Lead

At Abacus Management Services, LLC provided Quality and System Analysis services to one of
Abacus’s premier clients Bank of America Securities, LLC. Involved in leading part of the testing
effort at the bank divided in to manual testing and most part of it was automated using advance
coding techniques in QTP.
CSI Core is a Java based trade matching, processing, allocation and settlement engine. It
integrates with several trading applications and sales workstations to provide support for
matching customer trades, allocating broker and customer trades and processing the trades for
settlement. It used FIX protocol and MQ series based messaging infrastructure as base for
communication with front end trade entry applications. The application supported a broad range
of financial instruments ranging from U.S. Treasury and Agency securities, MBS, equity futures,
options, swaps and derivatives. The goal of the project was disintermediation of Bloomberg
trading system and design in-house configurable and royalty free trading infrastructure for
straight through processing of trades. As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst I was responsible
to test the core java matching engine initially followed by testing trading applications for treasury
desk, mortgage desk and sales desks. I played significant role in developing automation test
harness robust enough to accommodate all the systems and future enhancements using Quick
Test Professional.

04/2004 – 05/2005: System Level Solutions, Inc


SDET

System Level Solutions was a start-up technology company based out of Silicon Valley,
California. I was one of the first employees to join SLS as ASIC design engineer. As part of my
assignment at SLS Corp, I designed test harnesses for FPGA arrays used in educational kits
developed by SLS Corp. I also managed client relationships for the CEO. Represented SLS
Corp at industry conferences and trade shows.
