Attentions！

2. Carrying or placing the products shall be strictly under the user’s manual. The specific
refer to page three “fourth: Transportation and Installation”.
3. When carry or move the products, it should be placed for 30 minutes and then apply power.
4. The compressor has delay protection function. It operates after powering on 3 minutes .
5. The product should be consecutively power-on for 3 to 4 hours. It could be store things in
batches after the inner temperature reach the setting temperature. It is forbidden to store
many things one time in case of freezing lack.
6. A designated person should be responsible for the product, checking and recording the
operation every day, to avoid accidents and ensure safe use.
7. The parameter should be all set when leave the factory. Please read the user’s manual
carefully if you need to change the parameter.

 Product Overview

I. Main Characteristics and Application Scope

The product adopts vertical structure, consists of refrigerating system、heat preservation cabinet
and door、electric system, the functions are as follows:
1. It adopts microcomputer temperature-control technology, digital display of inner temperature,
the display accuracy attains 0.1℃, the adjustment increment is 0.1℃.
2．Acousto-optic alarm: it has high-temperature alarm, low-temperature alarm, sensor malfunction
alarm and so on.
3．Lockers are assigned to the doors to prevent arbitrary open.
4．Under the ambient temperature of 10℃to 32℃，the refrigerator temperature range 2℃to 8℃
and freezer - 10℃ to - 40℃.
5. Independent display for refrigerator and freezer, separately controlled by two refrigerating
systems.
6．It adopts CFC free refrigeration system and foam technology which are environment friendly.
7．Power supply：AC 187～242V 50±1 Hz。
8．The built-in battery will continue to keep displaying the inner temperature and Acousto-optic
alarm for 72 hours.
9．The energy-saving lighting system is inside, together with protective shield.
Application Scope：
Pharmacy Refrigerator with freezer could be suitable for hospitals, center for disease
prevention, scientific research institutes and so on. Refrigerator provides +2℃to +8℃ storage
environment and freezer provides- 10℃ to - 40℃.
Notice: The user adjusting the Pharmacy Refrigerator with freezer should be based on the storage
conditions. It should not be stored once not conform to the application scope. The contents
labeled ,re concern the safety of products and users. It should be strictly under the manual when
operates.

III. Environmental Conditions

This unit is designed by the following conditions:

1. Using indoor, under the environment temperature of 10℃～32℃, the max relative humidity is
90%, a height of below 2000 meters above sea level.
2. The voltage fluctuation of the main power is less than ±10％ of the rated voltage., and plug
acted as the disconnect device. Do not put it into the place where is hard to handle and out of
connection, it should be easy to plug in. It required to power off when long time no use and
with maintenance.
3. It could not be used in water and over moist environment, and high temperature、severe
electromagnetic interference、strong corrosive environment are also forbidden. Keep away from
fire.
4. The unit protection will be probably damaged if you don’t adopt the methods provided by the
manufactures.
5. The other voltage fluctuation made by manufactures.
6. The product should be offered ground power, and the ground line contact is good. Besides,
ground resistance is less than 0.1Ω.

IV. Transportation and Installation

1. Transportation

◆ The product should be transported with packing, the angle

between the compartment body and the ground should be no
less than 45°.
◆ The product shall be lifted from the bottom and shall be handled with care to avoid damage.
Never place it upside down.
◆ Never make the door and doorknob as forced parts.

2. Installation

◆ The product should be put in a
well-ventilated place. The top and two
sides should be more than 10 cm, at least
15cm is required between the back and the
wall, which is good for ventilating.

stable, please slightly raise the front of
product, it would be easy to close the door.
We should put something on the plank if

otherwise color would change and fade due

V. Cautions for Safe Use
◆ Using three-way outlet alone and proper
fuse，otherwise it might be in fire if other
electric appliance also in the outlet.
◆ The voltage is required between 187 and
242V ， if not, you should add voltage
stabilizer which at least 500w.
◆ Don not use slack power cord, plug and
outlet.
◆ You should check the power cord carefully
before use. It should not be pressed,
transformed, stretched, twisted and tied up in
case of fire.
◆ Keeping away from damp and water, in
case of rust and weakening insulation
effect.
◆ Avoid placing it into the environment
with low temperature.
◆ Do not put the product into the place
where hard to disconnect the operating
device.
◆ Power cord shall not be pressed by
product itself and others in case of
being damaged and causing accidents.
◆ The back of product shall not press the

◆ Please make the plug into the outlet
well to have a good connection.
◆ Do not pull the power cord when plug

VI. Preparation before Using
◆ Dismantling all the packages, include
foam mattress and adhesive tape of
fixed attachments.
◆ It should take 30 minutes before plug into
a special outlet and then refrigerator starts to
work.
Product abandonment dispoal:
◆ Dismantle the door seal, in case
children were kept inside.
◆ Foam layer and refrigerating materials
are inflammable, keep away from fire
once abandoned.
◆ Put the product into right place.
◆ Putting few neutral detergents into the
warm water when powered off. Please use
cleaning cloth with which some water to
wash the product, until the product is dry.
(Electric appliance parts only washed by
dry cloth)
◆ You’d better not open the door and put
something before the refrigerator

VII. Placement

VIII. Adjustment of Temperature

1. Illustrate the control principle of refrigerator with freezer: the temperature of refrigerator
room stays at 5℃ and the freezer room is -38℃. The temperature range of refrigerator
is 2.0℃—8℃, freezer is -36℃—-40℃.
2. Illustrate the operating procedures of temperature settings.
Example 1：Changing the refrigerator default temperature from 5.0℃ to 6.0℃. The
operating procedures are as follows:

Note：To avoid error setting, Change the other factory setting is not recommended apart
from the specified parameter.

Parameter interpretation: L0: chamber temperature; L1: high temperature alarm; L2:low
temperature alarm; L3:present voltage; L4:present ambient temperature; L5: Compressor
operating status L6:power on delay

Under the status of lock, press “lighting” and “buzzer cancel” for 5 seconds at the same
time, “refrigerator temperature” show the left sensor temperature, “freezer temperature” show the
right. It restored automatically 2 seconds later. The default refrigerator temperature is 5 ℃, and
freezer temperature is -38℃.

IX. Changing the High and Low Alarm Set Point

For the refrigerator, the default high temperature alarm is 10℃ and the default low
temperature alarm is 0℃. For the freezer, the default high temperature alarm is -30℃ and the
default low temperature alarm is -45℃.

Note：●When refrigerator-freezer is in an alarm state, you can press the “Cancel Buzzing”
to interrupt the buzzer alarm.

● If the power outage occurs, a fully charged spare battery allows alarm function to
maintain 72 hours.
●After the initial starting up or a longer period of outage, to make the battery is
fully charged, it’s necessary for the refrigerator-freezer to run at least 48 hours.
●The battery storage capacity will be reduced with the increasing use, and also for
the alarm time after outage, so when the product is energized continuously for
three years, the battery should be replaced (by professionals from company) in
order to avoid losses.

X. Setting the Separate Operation of Refrigerator and Freezer

When using the refrigerator or freezer only，the refrigerator or freezer can be separately
stopped running. The operation steps are as follows.

Note：Restarting the refrigerator or freezer, please change “OFF” to “ON” according to
the above method.

XI. USB Function

The product has a temperature recording function. You can download data by connecting a
removable storage device to the USB interface. Specific steps are as follows：
Connecting a removable storage device (USB 2.0 recommended driver) to the USB interface,
then the "Network" warning lamp flashes and "ambient temperature" indicator light goes out,
which indicates the data transmission is going on. When the "Network" warning lamp stops
flashing and "ambient temperature" indicator light goes on, the data transmission is completed.
Connecting the removable storage device to the computer, open the exported TXT file with
the “TEXT TO EXCEL “software in the CD（we will send the software to client’s mailbox
directly）and transform the data into EXCEL format , so as to view easily and save the data to
other places.
Note：Due to the data may be large, using “TEXT TO EXCEL” software to convert data
formats may take a few minutes, please be patient.

XII. Time calibration

When using the product, the user may need to calibrate the time. The time setting steps are as
follows:
Example 5: The original time: 8:00:00 on January 1, 2012, and the calibration time: 10:10:10 on
October 10, 2013, the steps are as follows.

XIII. Defrosting
★ Refrigerator defrosting
Refrigerator automatically defrost, wall condensation will be discharged at any time through

the drainage.
★ Freezer defrosting
1. After operating for a period of time, the surface of freezer compressor、freezer inside and
drawer surface all covered with frost, which would affect the refrigeration effect and increase
power consumption. Defrosting is required when the thickness is more than 5mm.
2. Press “Freezer Defrost” for 5 seconds, and freezer compressor stops working. At the same
time, the “Freezer Temp.” shows “dF”, and the freezer starts defrosting. After defrosting, press
“Freezer Defrost” for 5 seconds again to make freezer compressor restart.

XIV. Maintenance and Cleaning

The unit shall be maintained regularly. Before maintenance, the power supply shall be cut off at
first to ensure safety.
1. The freezer can only be energized five minutes after the power supply was cut off to avoid
damaging the compressor.
2. Cleaning the inner every once in a while(the defrosting time is better)，at first, with soft cloth
and a little non-corrosive neutral cleaning agent, then cleaning with water，dry cloth at last.
Note：It is forbidden to water the outer directly avoid affecting the function of electric insulation.
Please do not take abrasive powder、detergent、alkaline detergent、alcohol、gasoline、
acid、corrosive cleaner and hard brush to wash.
3. The dust deposited on the back, left and right side board and back shield of the unit shall be
cleaned frequently to improve the radiation efficiency and keep good ventilation.
4. Before the unit was laid up, the power plug shall be pulled out, the unit shall be cleaned
completely and wiped with dry cloth and the door shall be kept open for several days to
maintain dryness in the freezer. Operating several times during the periods（Don＇t be laid up
for a long time） 。

Notice！
Every unit has the possibility to get troubles. Please under the guidance as follows to
avoid loss during the units get troubles:
1、 Do not place the products into compact area.it shall be normally in and out in terms of
the area. All of these could prevent repairing difficulty once the products get trouble,
and the storage damages.
2、 Please refer to manuals first when product is abnormal or power failure. If it does not
work or supply power in a short time, please take the storage into other places in case of
damaging.
3、 Please ensure the temperature of storage meet the products before store, in case the
storage are damaged due to temperature difference, causing loss.
4、 Due to refrigerating inertia, there exists temperature difference inside the fridge .Besides, actual
temperature may differ with setting temperature. All of these are normal.

directly. It is forbidden to dismantle and repair the product of your own.
※ If the temperature is not meet the storage requirements, please ensure the problems whether could
be solved or not in a short time. We should put things inside into other places in case of damaging if
they are not being solved.
※ Besides the problems mentioned above, it shall be repaired by designed station of company, the
change of fuse also shall be finished by designed persons.
