GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

1) This hall ticket is issued provisionally based on the data furnished in the online application. Verification of data is not performed at this
stage. False information furnished if any, will make the candidature void.
2) In the case of Regular candidates, application is accepted on the condition that the candidate has done the semester registration and is
on Rolls of the institution as on 31.03.2020, failing which the registration and candidature shall be summarily rejected.
3) Candidates should report for Examination as per the published time table. (Refer Hallticket Details in Candidates Login).
4) Candidates should use proper face masks in the campus and Examination hall.
5) Candidates should strictly follow the Covid 19 Protocols issued by the Government. Proper social distancing should be followed in the
campus.
6) From the entry point candidates must move directly to their seats in Examination hall. Wandering in the campus is not permitted.
7) Candidates are advised to keep contact with their class tutors / college authorities on regular basis during the period of Examination.
8) Candidates should take their seats in the Examination hall 30 minutes before the commencement of Examination.
9) Candidates should produce the hall ticket with college identity card or any other Government issued photo identity card.
10) Candidates should use "BLACK BALL POINT PEN" for filling the OMR facing sheet.
11) Candidate shall bring a "FLAT RULER" for detaching data part from answer part.
12) Exchange of materials of any kind is prohibited in the Examination halls.
13) No additional sheets shall be issued.
14) Candidates are prohibited from leaving the hall before the final bell and properly handing over the answer book and the detached data
part.
15) Malpractices in any form is prohibited. Disciplinary action shall be initiated against those involved in malpractice.
16) Use of mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are prohibited in the Examination halls.
17) Candidates shall bring their own water bottles.
