Quality Management Plan defines Quality Gate (QG) Concept (schedule, process).
QG Concept defines:
● Acceptance criteria for phases and projects, and
● Checklists for checking acceptance criteria

The project team provides answers to questions in the QG checklists verifying the acceptance
criteria achievement.
As soon as acceptance criteria is met, the phase of project closure report or act of
acceptance may be signed off.
