Introduction
Today the English language must be understood primarily as a participation tool and
a sign of belonging in a globalized world and in work, social, and scientific fields.
So we do it, respecting individual learning characteristics, with emphasis on helping
them develop their own learning strategies required for effective English learning.
This is an interactive Learning Module designed to meet the needs of our students. It
is focused on a holistic approach in developing the basic learning competences:
listening, speaking reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary.
As teacher, we hope that the learners will be proficient and ready to compete not only
in the local, but also in the global area. That is why we support our students in this
process by providing our experience in teaching EFL, the latest teaching techniques
and our personal commitment. We are confident that it will give excellent results.

The simple present tense in English is used to describe an action that is regular,
true or normal.
We use the present tense: (Woodward, 2020)
1. For repeated or regular actions in the present time period.
2. For facts.
3. For habits.
In general, in the third person we add 'S' in the third person. (Woodward, 2020)
The spelling for the verb in the third person differs depending on the ending of that
verb:
1. For verbs that end in -O, -CH, -SH, -SS, -X, or -Z we add -ES in the third person.
go – goes
catch – catches
wash – washes
kiss – kisses
fix – fixes
buzz – buzzes

carry – carries
worry – worries
