Schedule:

⮚ After confirming of PO, YNC will submit a detailed schedule, which will be based on your
master schedule.

Project Execution Plan: -

⮚ Having kick-off meeting with BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION management for Project scope of
work, Schedule, Execution of the Project, Quality & Safety aspect, and the Project Management etc.

Documentation: -

⮚ BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION will provide all necessary drawings required for steel structure work.

Reports: -

⮚ YNC shall be responsible to assign technically qualified personnel for this PROJECT.
⮚ YNC will submit daily progress report during Erection to you, which includes the activities, which
will be carried out next day and work constraints if any.
⮚ YNC will furnish weekly progress reports to you, which include complete details of the weekly
progress achieved and planned cumulative progress achieved against planned problems affecting the
execution.
⮚ Format for the daily and weekly progress report should be agreed between YNC & BUILDAGE
CONSTRUCTION.

Completion and acceptance of work:

⮚ Upon completion of all work under the contract, YNC shall give written notice to the BUILDAGE
CONSTRUCTION, that all work has been completed as per the contract work scope. After receiving
the notice from BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION’s representative shall inspect/ check all the work as
per the approved drawings/ specifications and issue a note to YNC certifying “Work Completion.”
⮚ Final acceptance shall be reserved until all other contractual requirements are met.

General Terms and Conditions:

⮚ Inspectors from the client side shall be available on request to inspect for all the related activity of job.
⮚ All necessary required Manpower, Tools will be arranged by YNC
⮚ YNC will carry out his own necessary proposal in accordance with specification and standard.
⮚ YNC will submit the schedule prior to commencement of work, which will be based on the master
schedule.
⮚ YNC will follow approved Method Statement provided by BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION.
⮚ YNC will not take any extra work without a written request by the BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION
and which will be chargeable.
⮚ Change Order preparation and Approval is to be mutually decided between both parties before
commencement of work.
⮚ YNC will prepare all material take-offs in site lay-down area only.
⮚ Any alteration/variation will be considered as an additional work, for which separate rate will be
submitted.
⮚ Any delay in schedule due to unavailability of work front or any technical delay by BUILDAGE
CONSTRUCTION will not be YNC responsibility and any idleness of resources due to it; will be
chargeable to the BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION.
⮚ YNC will work in a line of a mutually agreed project schedule.
⮚ Any work other than the scope mentioned in the scope above shall be considered as an additional
work for which a separate price will be mutually agreed by YNC & BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION
before carrying out the same by YNC.
⮚ Toilets, Water & Rest Shelter Facility have to be provided by BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION for
employees and staffs working at site.
⮚ YNC Office & store Setup at work site is to be provided by BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION with
necessary facilities like water, electricity etc.
⮚ For internal coordination, a coordinator from BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION is to be specifically
allocated since different contractors are available at the work site. He will be the person in dealings
between YNC, BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION and another Client.
⮚ Project Duration is considered as Six Months.
⮚ Equipment’s like Hydra, Crane shall be arranged by YNC and paid by BUILDAGE
CONSTRUCTION.
⮚ All Tools and other items which required at site to execute the job, will be as per Client L&T
specifications.

Special Terms:

⮚ Mobilization will be done after the approved Schedule from BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION.
⮚ Idle resources due to non-availability of work front and access and any other reasons or delays not
attributable to YNC will be considered as additional charges to BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION based
on mobilized resources on an agreed unit rate basis.
⮚ Any variation in BOQ will be through change order and will be charged separately.
⮚ All Power and Water Facilities at the site will be BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION scope of work
⮚ Accommodation shall be Buildage Construction scope of work.
⮚ The permit shall be arranged by BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION as when required.

Mobilization:

⮚ YNC mobilization shall include tools, personnel, any other support facilities required for the
performance of the work. YNC shall pay particular attention to and allow sufficient time for obtaining
from BUILDAGE CONSTRUCTION, all identity cards and permits for his personnel and equipment.

Demobilization:

⮚ YNC demobilization shall include removal from the site of all waste and the site shall be left finished
in accordance with the drawings.

Safety and security:

⮚ YNC shall be responsible for observing safety rules and regulations as per BUILDAGE
CONSTRUCTION Safety Program and will take necessary precautions against any possible
accident.
⮚ YNC shall secure all the required WORK PERMITS. Hot work permits should be obtained for any
welding or cutting work, but this should be minimized as far as possible and conducted off-plot, if
possible.
⮚ YNC shall provide all necessary safety and security materials, e.g., safety shoes, safety hats, hand
gloves, safety goggles/spectacles, ear defender, safety ropes and signboards for safety instructions.

Payment Terms:

● Four percent (4%) advance payment against Manpower mobilization and Tools Purchasing for
site. This Amount will be deducted consistently from RA Bill.
● Remaining progressive payment against the monthly invoice. The payment should be released
within 7 days after submission of the invoice.
● Rs 2000 will be provided for every manpower for every week which engaged at site by client
to us which is deductible from every RA BILL.

Quotation validity:
● Our offer validity shall be Thirty (30) days from the date of submission, after it will be subject
to review.
