Shuruudaha Heshiiska Shaqo Qabashada


(Conditions of Contract)

Heshiiskan Shaqo Qabashadu waa mid balaadhan oo ku qotoma Shuruudaha Guud ee


Shaqada Qandaraasyada lagu helo ee kujira Habka Qanadaraasyada Shaqo ee Kooban ee
loo yaqaano FIDIC, Qormadiisa 1 aad ee 1999, ee ay daabacday Ururka Talo Bixinta
Farsamo Yaqaanada Dhismaha Caalamiga ah(FIDIC).

Laakiin shuruudahan gaar ahaaneed waxaa lagu isticmaalayaa oo keliya qormadan,


waxaana la siinayaa mudnaanta haddii waxaa khaladaad isdabamar ahi ku soo baxaan.

1. Masuuliyada Shaqo Bixiyaha (Emploers Obligations):


Shaqobixyaha oo halkan u taagan ama loo macnayn karo Gudiga Horumarinta Bulshada
oo ay metelaan dadka ku magacaaban heshiiskan iyo kuwa dhaxalgal sharciga ah u leh ee
u magaacaban gudiyada.

Bixinta Goobta Shaqada(Provision of Site): Shaqo Bixiyaha waa inuu bixiyaa goobta
