Subtopic: Job Dimensions Differences Between Professional and Non-Professional Jobs

Education prepares us for employment so we can perform the duties that job requires. Thus,

that employment gives us experience that is like education, which makes it possible to
get employment at a higher level.
Jobs are often classified as nonprofessional or professional, though the distinction between the two can
be unclear. Jobs tend to be deemed professional if they require specialized knowledge and advanced
skills in an area. Typically a bachelor’s degree or higher, teachers, engineers and doctors are all
considered professionals, while plumber , food service worker, craftspeople are positions that primarily
entail manual labor duties and trade skills learned through an apprenticeship or training program and
considered nonprofessional.
In times of crisis (pandemic) wherein Jobs recruitment and selection are lessened and outlined the main
job description many nonprofessional jobs were affected.
As long as one is flexible in skills and always open for improvement and learnings, he will surely then
surpass crisis in his own practical way.
