4. Earmarked roads & Footpath throughout the city with uniformity.
5. Urban planning to be done keeping the future in mind with respect to rains &

6. Year long water preservation & conservation plans for long term uninterrupted
usage. Data based regulation of water supply for specific areas. Penalized on
wastages.
7. New constructions have compulsory rainwater harvesting systems.

Cleanliness  
8. Technology based waste segregation systems.
9. Penalize Defaulters.
10. Solutions for long pending Pachanady waste dumping yard.

11. No compromise policy on providing uninterrupted power supply & immediate
upgradation of all powerlines/transformers/grids if needed.

12. Complete Digitization of City Corporation. All forms of Payments & Grievances
to be applied & tracked online and minimized human intervention & absolutely
no tolerance for any form of corruption/kickbacks/commissions or harassment of
any form.
13. Performance of all corporators & officers to be tracked & rated online, taken to
task upon underperformance.

14. Installation of high quality CCTV’s on primary areas of the city.
15. Solutions to Parking problems, Multi storeyed parking, Regulation of city buses
by bringing in more govt buses, on timing & civilized driving on roads.
16. Implementation of long pending SMart Market systems for all market in the City.
17. More E-Toilets & Dustbins across the city at accessible points & constant
maintenance for the same.

18. Promote tourism extensively by Privatization of beaches. Theme based beaches
for example Food, water sports, flea markets.
19. Promotion of spiritual tourism. Mangalore known for temples.
