Terms & Condition :
01. LC will be 100% irrevicable 90 days from the date of delivery favouring Gunze United Ltd, Plot# 297 Half, 298 half, 299 & 300,
DEPZ Extension area, Ganakbari, Savar, Dhaka, Bnagladesh.
02. The LC Must bear the Interest clause , which shall be paid by the buyer at LIBOR rate on the value of the bill for the usanc preiod.
03. All Banking charges are on account of beneficiary.
04. Maturity date will be counted from the date of delivery and payment to be made in USD by swift transmisssion.
05. L/C must incorporate delivery validity upto 30 days from L/C issuing date & negotiotion 21 days from the date of delivery.
06. Partial delivery: allowed.
07. Insurance will be covered by the applicant (If applicable).
08. Offer validity : 30 Days.
09. Delivery Note/challan should be treated as "Truck Receipt" and must be signed & sealed by thye applicant stating that the goods have been
received in good condition as per P/I treated as instructions of payment.
10. L/C has to clearly mention that all terms & conditopn of the P/I No. : GUL/AJSuper/AW/19/002Date :Date 19/03/2019 is the integral part of L/C
11. Tolerance of Value & Weight 3% (+/-) acceptable.

13. The L/C applicant must provide the utilization decliration (UD) to Gunze United Ltd against the supply in order to export.
14. B.B L/C is not acceptable without IP/UD which should be given before 10 days of shipment date.
