Moore 50PW3

Pneumatic Pressure Transmitter

FEATURES & BENEFITS

Process fluid isolation
Standard Hastelloy C-276 barrier diaphragm
Adjustable span
Material NACE Standard MR-01-75-compliant

DESCRIPTION
The Moore 50PW3 Pneumatic Pressure Transmitter is
available for measurement of absolute, gauge, or dif-
ferential pressure. The instrument is a “force-balance”
device with built-in overrange protection to the maxi-
mum working pressure. The zero adjustment is accessible
from the outside of the cover. The coarse and fine span
adjustments that provide the means for changing calibra-

tion are accessible from under the cover.

The output signal is 3-15 psig or 20-100 kPa ga and is
directly proportional to the measured process pressure.
When specified, a Supression-Elevation Kit, which mounts
under the cover, can also be supplied. This kit allows ad-
justment of supressed-zero or elevated-zero ranges.
A pipe mounting bracket is furnished to attach the instru-
ment to a 2 inch vertical or horizontal pipe.

NOTES:
(1) Maximum working pressure that will not damage the instrument, modest re-zeroing may be required.
(2) The stated performance data on standard transmitters (ones with Hastelloy C diaphragm and trim and Silicone oil fill) is applicable
to both zero and non-zero based spans. Other options may decrease the performance to 1.5 times the stated value.
(3) Differential version only.
