DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale of a Motor Vehicle executed by and between:

JONAS S. ACOP, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and

with residence and postal address at 0108 Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the “Vendor”;

ALVIN A. ACOP, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, with

residence and postal address at 0115 Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the “Vendee”;

Witnesseth

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND

PESOS (PhP100,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
Vendor from the Vendee in full, the Vendor hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS, and
CONVEYS, absolutely and in favor of the Vendee, the following Motor Vehicle,
covered by OR No. 1409809903 and CR No. 272425856:

The Vendor warrants the Vendee’s peaceful possession of the

aforementioned motor vehicle, and that the said motor vehicle is free of any lien or
encumbrance. He further warrants that he will defend the Vendee’s title against
the claim and interests of any third person.
