1) Various school groups will be leaving school at designated times to participate in a rehearsal at the Philharmonic hall on Wednesday the 9th, with times ranging from 13:10 to 16:15.
2) Key stage groups such as Foundation 1, 2, and key stages 1 through 4 will leave school and perform on stage during allocated time slots, then return to school.
3) Teachers and staff will accompany each group and be responsible for their transportation, equipment, and preparations for the rehearsal and performances.

14:10 - KS2 leave school with teachers. Mr Miller leads.
14:20 - KS2 on stage
- F2 and KS1 come back to school with class teachers.
15:00 – KS3 finish lessons and get ready
15:05 – KS3 leave school with form tutors. Ms Fran in charge of Y8 and leading. Once the arrive to Philharmonic they sit and wait to be called.
15:20 – KS2 leave Philharmonic and come back to school to get ready to leave school at 15:30. Mr Miller leads.
15.30 - KS3 on stage. 5 minutes of warming up and
- Mr Hurt, Zuzanna and Kyoko will be in charge of their instruments, their scores and the preparations they need. - Mr Davidson leaves school and go to Philharmonic with Emma, Ksenia and Christian. - KS4 – NO MODIFICATION in their lessons. Emma, Ksenia and Christian leave school at normal time and go to Philharmonic with Mr Davidson. (Amanda has informed their parents)
16.00 – Christian, Ksenia and Emma on stage
- KS3 leave Philharmonic. They can be picked up by parents in Philharmonic or come back to school with Ms Fran.
