    In the present case, it is undisputed that the assailed Order dated December

    5, 2017, issued by MeTC has already attained finality [per MeTC Order dated
    May 9, 2018], thus, its findings become immutable and unalterable. Hence, there
    is nothing left for this court to restrain or prohibit.

    WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the application for the issuance of


    Temporary Restraining Order and/or Writ of Preliminary Injunction is hereby
    DENIED.
    SO ORDERED.
