Track roller repair.
Failure/Problem

Oil leakage at the floating seal of the track roller.

Symptom

Floating seal and bushing damage.

History

No have.

Cause & analysis

When we operate the machine, oil link at the track roller (floating seal). Lubricating oil (SAE 140) is low
viscosity.

Action

Firstly, we disassembly the track roller by the hydraulic press. Roller bushing damage.So, we can’t be used
the roller bushing. Replace the bushing and floating seals, then lubricating oil (SAE 140) filled.
