1 Feeder no 1- sheet no 01-load is 100kW, by calculation 100kW load will draw 148A max, but
the feeder MCCB rating is 125A only - Change the MCCB rating accoriding the load Noted & Updated in our revised submission.

2 Sheet no 1- All MCCB and MCB Tripping Curve to be mentioned in the SLD
Sheet no 2- Please Ensure All DC MCB and MCCB's are to be DC rated Noted & Same will be reflected in vendor drawings.

3 Sheet no 1- EOT crane Feeder no 14- 5KW is seems insufficient

4 Sheet no 1- Air Condition -Feeder 27-10KW is seems insufficient and please furnish the sizing
calculation
5 Sheet no 1- Welding Plug point shall be 3 no - 2 no inside the GIS room and One number in
the yard.
We confirm that rating of EOT crane is less than 5 KW.
Noted & Updated in our revised submission.
Please note that each welding receptacles plug point are able to connect 3-4
welding sockets by Loop-in & Loop-out arrangement and it`s a general
industrial practice followed in all projects.

6 Sheet no 1- A Distribution Kiosk shall be erected in the Yard for extending supply( from
feeder no 1) for oil filtering purpose and the kiosk have 3/1 phase industrial sockets and one Noted but Same is not reflecting in our BPS schedule and will be supplied with
welding point suitable implications.

7 Sheet no 2- Cable from Battery Charger to Battery shall be armoured cable only, and provide
2x35mm2 cable for each battery bank Kindly note that there is no line item in LOA for 2C x 35 Sq.mm cable. We have
considered 2 runs of 1C x 35 Sq.mm PVC FRLS PVC Copper Cable as per line
item : 70 as per supply BOQ. Same is of armoured cable only.

8 Sheet 2- An automatic change over for DC light shall be included

Noted & Same shall be shown in DC Lighting panel vendor drawings.

9 Sheet 1- Star Rating of Distribution Transformer may be shown in the SLD

Noted and Incorporated.
10 51G protection is statutory for LT power sources above 63KVA rating. Hence 51G has to be
provided with NCT rating not less than 1/5th of line CT rating at 250KVA,11/0.433kV We clarify that there is no such statutory requirement for 51G and even KSEB
Transformer. specification doesn`t ask for the same. Further, we havn`t provided for KSEB
package - 1 also. Hence kindly accept the same.

11 400A, MCCBs are to be of 4pole as per clause 5.3 of Tender specifications. Also MCCBs
should have inbuilt protection(3OC+1EF). These protection rating has to be shown in the Noted and incorporated in notes. Regarding protection`s same will be reflected
drawing. in respective vendor drwaings.

12 As per tender specification there is provision for sub DB panel other than MLDB.
