Instructions

Participants are required to submit PDF versions Files of their

report and a 120-second video. The report must not exceed 2000
words and the video should, in no way, exceed the time limit of 2
minutes. The breakdown of the report has been provided below.

N.B: Participants may add more contents or analysis apart from the
Report Structure as well, if they wish.

Problem or Opportunity Identification

Bangladesh being a developing country, topped up with diverse hur-
dles and opportunities, it demands insightful resolving. That being
the case, your first task will be to specifically identify either a prob-
lem or an opportunity around you, based on which you will be de-
veloping the entire plan, provided, you have a budget constraint
of BDT 30 Lacs.

Company’s Mission and Vision

State why your organization exists, what your overall organizational
goals and values are. You are also required to mention your compa-
ny's road map, indicating what you want your organization to
become and guiding transformational initiatives by setting a defined
direction for growth.

Core Idea of Business and Objective

Every organization operates, considering certain objectives and
goals. Keeping in mind that you can focus on any industry or back-
ground for coming up with the products or services; you will require
to comprehensively describe the core objective behind your idea.

Product/Service Development
Every business requires different resources and techniques to devel-
op the businesses accordingly. Whether you are working on a prod-
uct or service, make sure to exhibit how you are constructing the
product or how you are planning to develop the service respectively.
Business Environment Analysis
First you are required to identify your relevant industry. It is cru-
cial that you research on all possible elements of the business envi-
ronment before you incept your idea. Use proper strategic tools and
enlist proper reasoning for the industry analysis. The analysis should
be conducted from both Micro & Macro level and encompass the
attractiveness and dynamics of your idea. It should comprise of
reviewing all the possible factors related to the market & the indus-
try which may influence your business.

Industry Risks
You are now expected to enlist and assess all the possible risk fac-
tors that are present within the industry which might affect your
business directly or indirectly.

Video of 120 seconds

You are required to make a two-minute video where you have the
complete liberty of including anything of your choice related to the
business. Perhaps add a video of your core objective, market
research or display your risks and mediums of mitigation. You can
also add animated videos of your very own choice or if you have a
prototype made already, you can briefly go over and demonstrate
the business idea in the video as well.

Note: The video cannot exceed 120 seconds at any given cost.
 Submission Guidelines

• The submitted file must be in PDF format. No other file format will be
accepted for submission. The video must not exceed 2 minutes.

• The name of the file must be named after the team name. [Team
Name_R1_Entrepret_S1]

• Maximum number of words: 2000

• The title page must contain TEAM NAME, NAMES OF MEMBERS.

You MUST NOT mention your university name anywhere in the sub-
mission. The title page must contain the logos of: North South Universi-
ty, NSU YES! & Entrepret.

• You must submit your PDF and Video at nsuyesofficial@gmail.com

Both the files are required to be zipped together in one folder before
sending.

The deadline for submission is:

Time: 2:00 PM.

Submission past the deadline will be penalized.

**It is to be noted that your submissions, which includes both the PDF and the
Video will be kept utterly confidential and will not be subject to external exposure
under any circumstance**
