Dear Parents and/or Guardians,

Peace in Christ!

We would like to inform you that the Grade 6 Online Graduation Ceremony will be on July 12, 2020,
Sunday at 9:00 a.m.

We highly encourage you to join your child/ren in the online ceremony. Here are the guidelines that
we would like you to observe to keep the solemnity of the occasion:
1. The learners must wear their complete school/Gala uniform. Parents are likewise enjoined to
dress up for the occasion.
2. To enter the Zoom video conference, click this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86398557288
Accepting of participants will start at 8:30 a.m.
3. Stream from a location with a good internet connection and a plain background color to
properly set up a virtual background. The photo to be used as the official virtual background
will also be sent through your child’s email address.
4. Use a laptop or a personal computer for better viewing of the online ceremony.
5. Keep your video on and mute your microphone throughout the ceremony. Learners may use
the chatbox to exchange relevant and appropriate messages and greetings with one another.

6. Only one account per family will be admitted in the Zoom video conference.
7. The video of the online ceremony will be sent through your child’s email address after three
(3) business days.

Attached here is the list of the learners by section for your guidance. Should there be
queries/clarifications, kindly keep in touch with your child’s Class Adviser. I hope to see you all on
Graduation/Moving-Up Day!
