MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF LAMAC,

MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN HELD ON SUNDAY, APRIL 26, 2020 AT
BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

A. Call to Order
The Presiding Officer called the regular session to order at 3:00 PM in the
afternoon.
B. Opening Prayer
The opening prayer was led by Hon. Leah Pacquiao, Sangguniang Kabataan
Member.
C. Philippine National Anthem
The Honorable body sang the Philippine National Anthem led by Hon. Mary
Christie Bongco, Sangguniang Kabataan Member.
D. Roll call and Declaration of Quorum
Two members of the honorable body are absent, but the SK Secretary, Ms. Aikee
Marie B. Iglesia declared the presence of a quorum.
E. Reading and Adaptation of the Minutes of the Previous Session
Ms. Aikee Marie B. Iglesia read the previous minutes. No ammendments has made. It
was moved by Hon. Pacquiao and duly seconded by Hon. Cañales.
G. Business of the day:
1. Reading of Resolution
Hon. Pacquiao read the resolution approving the CBYDP and ABYIP budget of
Sangguniang Kabataan, amounting 608,946.40, and endorsing to the SB for adoption as
well as the resolution approving the CY 2020 SK annual budget of Baranggay Lamac, in
total of 608,946.40. Thus, it was moved by Hon. Pacquiao, and duly seconded by Hon.
Bongco.
2. Budget of Expenditure and Sources of Financing
Next being discussed was the evaluation of the budget of expenditure and sources
of financing for year 2020. Hon. Hernane presented to the body the last year’s budget and
the remaining budget for this year amounting to 1,443,604.26. Thus, he also tackled and
reviewed each of the projects and their respects budgets. Hon. Pacquiao and Hon.
Canales raised their feedbacks regarding some of the allocated budgets in some of the
projects. Hon. Canales voiced out that OR’s of the budgets or purchased items must be
presented to the Council, for transparency purposes. Moreover, Hon. Bongco agreed that
everyone must be aware of the actions of the SK to be free from anomalies. Discussion of
the projects last year and this year was being assessed by the body. Then, Hon. Hernane
discussed the difference between CBYDP and ABYIP, and its nature.
3. Other Matters
Hon. Pacquiao voiced out that everyone must be transparent regarding the budget
of the council and how the process goes. The rest of the body expressed their opinions
and feedbacks regarding the leadership of Hon. Hernane and the milestones of the
organization. Thus, Hon. Hernane clarified that May 18- 19 , 2020 will be the distribution
of rice packs to the youth.
4. Feedback from Hon. Alfeche
He challenged the council that for better or for worst, the organization must act
accordingly for the organization to be improved and developed. He added that all plans
and implementations of the projects came from the power of the council, so the body
have all the duties to do to be able to achieve the aspirations of the organization.
Moreover, he gave a comment about the development of the organization and stressed
regarding the responsibilities of everyone, hoping that the organization will flourish as
time goes by.
5. Adjourment
The session was adjourned at 5:49 PM. It was moved by Hon. Pacquiao and duly
seconded by Hon. Bongco.1
