To have a research centre for incubation, testing and development of new ideas.
Provide fast efficient and transparent application and approval procedure over a single window.
Government will help setting up new units through seed assistance, office rentals and technical
know-how
Technical knowhow and incubation support on IoT as IOT projects have tremendous potential
for surveillance of forests, international borders, and generating alert in the event of natural
disasters viz. earthquake, flood etc.
Technical knowhow and incubation support on E-Health as Assam has significant potential for
tele-medicine. The e-health solutions across the Government and Private sectors has the poten-
tial to attract investment to the tune of INR 500-600 Crores.
Investment Opportunities Government through PPP will create a plug and play start-up infrastructure which will be a futur-
istic Green Building.
Connectivity The project is planned to be setup in Guwahati and is well connected by rail, road and air.
