Job Responsibilities
 Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart
of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
 Maintains bank accounts with verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
 Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
 Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
 Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
 Maintains historical records by filing documents.
 Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account
information and trends.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Collect money & Party payment management as per company instruction.
 Process accounts payable, entering invoices and running checks to pay the
bills
 Prepare and send invoices to customers, merchants, vendor etc. and ensure
they are entered into the proper accounts in the accounting system. Once a
month contact customer with past-due invoices to make payment
arrangements.
 Bank deposits, reconcile the monthly bank statements, researching and
correcting any discrepancies.
 Enter information into and reconcile general ledger accounts, running trial
balance at the end of the month prior to closing books to ensure accounts are
balanced
 Run required reports for manager to keep apprised of cash flow, and
budgeting. Also provide requested documentation for auditors/accountant.
 Review, reconcile and post all daily activities - sales, cash, credit cards, A/R,
A/P
 Prepare and post payroll journal entries and cost and productivity reports
 Monthly Account reconciliations
 Trial Balance reconciliation
 Data Entry
 Bank reconciliation
 HR related functions
 Cash handling & other related functions.

 BBA/MBA/ Equivalents in Accounts

Experience Requirements
 Minimum 3 to 5-year(s) experience on related filed.
 Work experience in courier service account department will be
preferred.

 Supervise dispatchers & couriers to ensure that every shipment is picked and
delivered within SLA.
